I'm a Mailcall courier who's been working for them for about 6 months, and sad to say getting a bit effed off with the depressing pay cheque at the end of the week. Too many couriers on, big front door big back door etc...
does anyone have any advice as to making a shift to something more lucrative. I mean, I fucking love the job, but love don't pay the rent and I'm not liking the prospect of going 9 to 5 admin dogsbody...

yep its tuff when a company charges 15 bucks for a job an dyou see abou 1.50 of it.

I quit Mail Call as I flet that after they stabbed me in the back... The kept the knoife in me and gve it a twist every time I did not comply or ask for more work.
they would wean me to 90 bucks a day then occasionally let me earn 190 just so I could feel good.
This was a classic example of what Mail Call and other PAYG call "averaging"
I quit one day when I relaised I would work all day and sleep all night and then I could not afford my coffee...
Also due to the fact that I did pay Xmass club for a few months then at xmass was told "pushies dont get it this year" I almost killed someone .. I just could not pin who was taking my contribution.
